Call of Duty: World at War launched in Europe in November of 2008. A collector's edition was released as well, but it was only available for the Xbox 360 and the PC.

The edition also comes with several digital extras, such as immediate access to certain weapons in the multiplayer, a week of double XP and a uniquely-colored clan tag. To be honest I've never liked those kind of advantages, I prefer earning my statistics. So I always end up not redeeming the codes.
This collector's edition is kind of weird. The main item here is the canteen, but it's not really a canteen at all – more like a statue of a canteen. Access android system files from pc. You can't drink from it, in fact, you're not even supposed to open the lid (though people say you can with some force). The inside contains lead, so it's not recommended anyway. I guess it's just meant to look nice in the case.
Either way though, not a bad collector's edition.
